Assoc.prof. Michael Michal, MD, PhD and Robert Slunéčko, MD, representatives of Bioptická laboratoř s.r.o., today signed a memorandum of cooperation with representatives of the Taiwanese software company AIxMed during their working visit to Taiwan.

The memorandum defines the framework for future cooperation in the development of additional diagnostic programs using artificial intelligence. The aim of the cooperation is to support the advancement of modern diagnostic technologies and contribute to the broader use of digital tools in healthcare.

The agreement builds on the growing importance of artificial intelligence in medicine and opens up opportunities for the joint development of innovative solutions that may help improve the quality and efficiency of diagnostic processes.

The signing of the memorandum represents an important step towards deepening professional cooperation between Bioptická laboratoř s.r.o. and its Taiwanese partners in the field of medical technologies and artificial intelligence applications.

Costs for this examination are NO LONGER part of the costs of requested care for gynaecologists (note: only when processed in a laboratory accredited by the Ministry of Health to perform cytology screening.
